I am a Metallurgical and Materials Engineer. I graduated from Istanbul University with a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Then, I completed my International Welding Engineering education at Middle East Technical University.

I started my business life by doing engineering internships at Federal-Mogul Powertrain and Assan Hanil. My internship experiences gave me the opportunity to understand industrial production processes and internal company operations.

Later, I worked as a Production and Welding Engineer at Berg Metal. During this period, I had important responsibilities such as developing brazing processes and managing improvement activities throughout the factory. During this period, I took on the role of moving the brazing line during the transportation of the copper pipe factory from Dilovası to Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. Additionally, I took an active role in machine layouts and VSM flows. I took an active role in determining the brazing training area and undertook all stages in the process of creating blue collar brazing training. I prepared the requirements and interior design of the dojo area. I commissioned two existing automatic brazing machines and undertook the customer approval processes of the products to be used in these machines. I received theoretical and practical training on brazing from YS Shin, known as the Brazing doctor in Seoul, South Korea. During this training, I took an engineering role in the preliminary approval of 2 brazing machines, the modifications of which I was fully authorized for, and I completed the approval process at the SK Brazing factory.

Currently, I am working as a Process Engineer at SumiRiko Hose Turkey. My role here focuses on providing technical support for mass production, as well as creating production conditions for new projects, preventing errors and increasing customer satisfaction.
